Abundant Living Counseling of Rome is looking for someone just like you to partner with to heal hearts, restore souls and foster connection in relationships with others and with God. We are currently seeking someone with a heart for restoring and healing marriages, but who is also open to working with individuals and families as needed.
We offer a faith centered work environment. All that we do is with the goal of honoring God and loving others well. Our employees reflect the compassion and love of Christ to the best of our abilities – not only with our clients, but also with each other, making this a peaceful, no-drama workplace.
Let’s just go ahead and get the unfortunate details out of the way. The hours we need availability are 4-8 PM, Monday through Friday. On Saturdays we would expect you to see six clients.
At first we are asking for a minimum of 15 sessions per week, but we can quickly grow your caseload up to 27 for full time status. If you are considering working up to full time, it is important for you to be a clinician who is able to set strong boundaries with your clients and know how to practice self care.
I haven’t lost you yet? Great! Now let’s talk about the good stuff. You’ll have a ton of autonomy but also the support and collaboration of a team when you need it. We offer the opportunity to develop a caseload specific to your talents and specialties. AND we have a rockstar client care coordinator who screens and schedules all new clients, so you can concentrate on caring for your clients well and establishing a strong trusting relationship with them.
Now for the great stuff! We are a 100% self pay practice. Your clients will always pay at the time of service so you never have to worry about getting a paycheck. There are no complications of denied claims and delayed payments from the insurance companies. You don’t ever have to argue about a diagnosis or justify the amount of time you spend with a client on an area of concern. Does that make your shoulders relax and cause you to breathe a sigh of relief? Well just wait….there’s more!
We will keep the clients coming your way in a steady stream of referrals. No joke. We currently have a lengthy waitlist which is why we can’t wait to meet YOU! Also, with full time status we offer a continuing education stipend to help you become an expert in YOUR area of interest. So all you have to do is use your expertise to help heal the hearts of hurting clients…and stay on top of your notes

Details in a Nutshell:
POSITION: Part time (15 sessions/week) with potential to move to full time (27+ sessions/week)PAY: $25-$55/session, depending on licensure and experience. Please note that this is a W2 position, so we pay half of your employment taxes
