I’ll begin attending Richmont’s Atlanta campus this fall, and I’m looking for a female roommate to live with as well as housing to live in. My current lease (in Knoxville, Tennessee) ends in July, so I would love to be able to move to Georgia in July as well. As for my budget, I would prefer less than $700 a month if that’s possible; however, I understand the Atlanta/Marietta area is more expensive than Knoxville and am willing to adjust my budget accordingly.
Some facts about me:
- I’m an organized and clean person
- I love animals but don’t have any pets
- I’m terrified of bugs (especially spiders) and am hoping to live with someone who will be the one to get rid of them lol
- I’m a major coffee fan
- I’m a fairly quiet roommate
- I’m a sociable person who loves to meet new people
I’m looking for a roommate who:
- is clean and organized
- is considerate of other people (for example: won’t blast loud music at 6am)
- won’t have guys stay overnight
- respects personal space
- wants to be friends with her roommate (not necessarily best friends, but preferably not strangers either)
