Part-time, full-time position now available offering the opportunity to provide patient care utilizing a breakthrough treatment modality for treating depression, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, or TMS therapy. Faraday Health is seeking an individual who will be certified to deliver TMS Therapy under the supervision of our medical directors, staff physicians, and center manager.
Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Delivering TMS Therapy to our patients – training is provided.
- Providing educational consultations to interested patients.
- Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.
- Office administrative tasks such as managing leads, reporting statistical activity to center manager, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant degrees are welcome. Relevant experience even better.
- LPN, LCSW, MA, EMT and degree earners are welcome
- Prefer at least one year in a medical office setting.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Health insurance prior authorization, billing and collections knowledge (a plus)
- Clinical Interviewing.
- Basic Life Support Certification

This position will be located in our Chattanooga,TN location.
Hours of operation are 8am – 5pm, however our full-time technicians work an average of 40 hours per week. Schedules may be flexible andvary depending on our patients’ needs (nights and weekends too).
Compensation: Varies based on education and work history plus competitive benefits package including paid vacation and medical and offering dental/vision coverage.
